In the last couple months I finally caught up on some television shows I've been neglecting. I finished Vikings (the first series), the last season of The Last Kingdom, and the second season of The Witcher.
The Last Kingdom, since season one, has been my favorite show of all time, and I have to say that after the last season, it remains that way. I would have enjoyed a few more deaths in the last season, but I'm not gonna complain - we have a movie on the way, too.
The Witcher season 2 was pretty great. I think Jaskier and Ciri easily stole the show. Geralt was great, of course.
Vikings was decent - I think the show struggled after that one big event midway through the show (I won't spoil anything for anyone who reads this) which is probably why I stopped watching it to begin with. Glad I finished it, but I think it could've been a fair bit better than it was.
What's next? I don't know. Perhaps Raised By Wolves or the next Vikings show on Netflix. We'll see.
